Aaron has a decade's worth of experience in the property industry, and earned his stripes across a range of asset classes, from commercial and build-to-rent schemes to block and estate management.

As Head of Operations, Aaron deals with the management and operations of LRM Prime's portfolio. He oversees external agent management, major maintenance projects, contract management, compliance reviews, KPI reviews and more.

Catia is LRM Prime's financial solution finder. She has been an integral part of the LRM Prime team since 2020, guiding our developers through set up, void management, phased openings and steady state forecasting.

Working in close collaboration with the mobilisation team, Catia and her team manage costs for all stakeholders, ensuring a successful launch and enhanced brand reputation.

Anna boasts a wealth of experience from her background in 5-star residential and global hospitality projects, including landmark London developments like Battersea Power Station and The Shard.

As Head of Mobilisation, Anna leads on launching our prime London developments, delivering everything from smooth staffing structures and contract implementation to exceptional lifestyle experiences, community engagement activities and resident-focused content for portals and apps.

Gary's background in the financial sector equipped him with plenty of transferable skills when he moved into the property management sector 10 years ago. During his time with LRM Prime, Gary pioneered the establishment of our conveyancing department.

In his current role, Gary handles all management packs requested by leaseholders' solicitors. He's also the go-to expert for leaseholder licensing requirements, providing invaluable support to our clients and reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

As the Head of Human Resources at LRM Prime, Judy Kent plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's culture and ensuring the well-being of our employees. Having been with the company for over 4 years, Judy has become an indispensable member of the leadership team.
